Who You Are You'll perform as a Subcontract Management Senior, Staff What You Will Be Doing Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity. AeroSCMBasic QualificationsBachelor's from an accredited college or universityExtensive background with subcontract management of cost, quality, schedule and technical program performanceExperience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A & D) Industry, driving results within a metric based environmentMust have an active Secret Security clearance to be considered for this roleDesired SkillsExperience addressing & resolving complex matters/solutions with Senior Leadership, customers & suppliersDemonstrated organizational skills to handle multiple overlapping projects, simultaneouslySelf-starter and willingness to learnExperience in training, coaching, and mentoring new and emerging talentExpertise managing cost-type development subcontractsNegotiations experience, in a Truth in Negotiations (TINA) environmentPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
