Who You Are: You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management, Senior Staff member

What You Will Be Doing: Become part of the F-35 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Organization as a subcontract management team lead in Major Subsystems. As a team lead, you will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance and interfacing with program functional organizations and supplier management. The position will be responsible for managing procurement and contract activities as well as related supplier performance. This position will require a significant amount of collaboration with team members to accomplish goals. In this role, you will:

• Lead, support, and perform subcontract activities
• Preparing requests for proposals
• Evaluating subcontractor proposals
• Developing cost/price analysis
• Negotiations
• Purchase order and contract creation/documentation
• Managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands
• Communicate across multi-function and multi-level platforms

Further Information About This Opportunity: This position is in Fort Worth, TX. This position is located at a facility that requires special access; will require US citizenship and a Secret Clearance once you are hired. Domestic travel will be required (up to approximately 25%) AeroSCM.

Desired skills: 15+ years' experience in supply chain management, procurement or purchasing. Experience in TINA Negotiations Experience or Competition Experience. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Work independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment. Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities. Experience in preparing Request for Proposal packages, evaluating supplier proposals, managing subcontracts and supplier relationships. Risk Management and Development of mitigation plans with Suppliers, Supplier Performance Teams and Internal Customers.

Ability to work remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Work Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
