Discover Fort WorthPerforms activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related discipline.Minimum of eight years of experience in operations, project management, process improvement, industrial engineering, quality, or a related function.Experience leading cross-functional projects or process-improvement initiatives.Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping.Demonstrated ability to develop project plans, manage risks, coordinate resources, and deliver measurable results.Experience analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical recommendations.Desired SkillsMaster’s degree in engineering, operations management,or a related discipline.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project-management credential.Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to influence individuals at different organizational levels without direct authority.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher; Black Belt certification strongly preferred.Change-management certification, such as Prosci, CCMP, or an equivalent qualification.Demonstrated success delivering significant cost savings, productivity improvements, cycle-time reductions, quality improvements, or capacity gains.Experience leading enterprise-level projects involving multiple departments, locations, or business units.Knowledge of statistical analysis, process capability, control charts, hypothesis testing, regression, and measurement-system analysis.Experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Minitab, SQL, or equivalent applications.Experience implementing daily management systems, tiered accountability, strategy deployment, or Hoshin Kanri.Experience coaching or training leaders and employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methods.Familiarity with automation, digital transformation, workflow technology, or business-process management systems.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
