PEO Human Resources Advisor Rippling, New York, New York, United States – Human Resources About the Role Your role will be to provide HR consulting services to our PEO, ASO, and EOR customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve compliance offerings. What you will do Provide accurate, timely advice to help clients implement best business practices and reduce employer risk, covering leave of absence, performance management, terminations, anti‑harassment, policy development, and other HR compliance challenges. Field customer inquiries as a knowledgeable HR expert and work with sales, implementation, support and account management to meet commitments. Assist clients in managing employee claims related to unemployment, state leaves, disability, workers’ compensation, and employee grievances. Establish processes to professionalize and optimize consulting efficiency. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop a technology‑enabled HR services offering. Maintain organization, follow‑through on projects, and challenge status‑quo when necessary. What you will need Minimum 5 years of customer/client‑facing HR consulting experience. Deep understanding of HR compliance rules across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Experience managing claims related to unemployment, state leave, disability, workers’ compensation, and employee grievances. Excellent verbal and written client communication skills. Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail. Experience managing cases or processes in Salesforce. Passion for technology and a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. PHR or SHRM‑CP certification (plus). Experience providing HR services to PEO customers (plus). About the team The PEO Human Resources Advisory team focuses on helping clients manage HR compliance and reduce risk. The team works closely with product engineering, support, sales, marketing and implementation to build compliance initiatives and train internal teams.
