Partnership Manager

Partnership Manager (AI): Owning and growing Lovable's partner ecosystem to drive adoption, distribution, and revenue with an accent on strategic deal-making and program scalability. Focus on expanding into new markets and platforms while collaborating with product, marketing, and sales. Location: Onsite in Stockholm, Sweden Company Lovable is a company building software that enables anyone to create software with any language, aiming to transform raw ideas into real products. What you will do Own the full partnership lifecycle end-to-end, from identifying to driving long-term growth. Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships across various verticals. Design and scale partnership programs and models for repeatable, measurable impact. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and sales for shipped integrations and joint go-to-market motions. Represent Lovable externally at the executive level, building trusted, long-term relationships. Track and report on partnership performance against adoption, distribution, and revenue metrics. Requirements 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances within B2B technology. Proven track record owning the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, negotiating, closing, activating, and growing partnerships. Comfortable navigating complex technical requirements and workflows, engaging in product and engineering conversations. High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity and drive initiatives forward. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels. English: C1+ required (company language). Nice to have Experience in AI or developer tooling. Existing relationships within the B2B SaaS or platform ecosystem.
