Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for a growing inpatient behavioral health hospital in Conroe, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Bring a Friend! Five immediate full-time RN openings available

• Join a 96-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital providing psychiatric and behavioral health services
• Full-time Day and Night Shift opportunities available
• Deliver direct patient care, medication administration, assessments, and treatment planning
• Supervise nursing staff while ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards
• Work in a collaborative, mission-driven behavioral health environment focused on patient recovery

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $70,000-$87,000
• Shift Differential Available

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Day or Night Shifts Available
• Rotating Schedule

ROLE
• Bring a Friend! Five immediate full-time RN openings available

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Supervise assigned staff and delegate patient care responsibilities
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year RN Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED
• Associate Degree In Nursing REQUIRED
• CPR Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire
• De-Escalation Certification Required Within 30 Days Of Hire
• Acute Care Or Emergency Department Experience Preferred
