Concrete Mason / Concrete Finisher (Residential New Construction)

Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience) + overtime as available

Schedule: Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays as needed

About the role

We’re hiring Concrete Masons/Finishers with residential construction experience to support our growing workload. You’ll be working on active job sites doing quality concrete work, staying productive, and helping the crew hit schedule.

Responsibilities

Form, pour, place, and finish concrete for residential new construction

Set forms, stakes, string lines, and help ensure proper grade/slope

Place rebar/mesh and assist with embeds as needed

Finish concrete (screed, bull float, edge, trowel, broom finish)

Cut control joints and assist with curing/protection

Strip forms and handle patching/touch-ups and punch list items

Maintain a clean, safe job site and take care of tools/equipment

Requirements

Minimum 1 year concrete experience (residential construction preferred)

Able to use basic hand tools and read a tape measure

Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work with a crew

Able to work outdoors in Florida conditions and lift 50+ lbs

Reliable transportation to and from work (must be able to get to job sites)

Nice to have (not required)

Flatwork experience (slabs/driveways/sidewalks)

Formwork experience (footers/stem walls/curbs)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
