We’re looking for a reliable and welcoming Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
• Coordinate and optimize the dental schedule to fill open appointments and maximize productivity
• Verify insurance and input benefits
• Process patient payments
• Manage and track patient recall schedule
• Order office supplies

Qualifications

• Dental office experience required
• Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
