As a CTS Manager, you will be responsible for:Review tax returns, tax projections, and tax workpapersPossess strong tax knowledge and experience in S Corps, Partnerships, etc. (knowledge of individual taxation a plus)C-corp and provision experienceProvide effective consulting, planning and compliance for your clientsOversee and manage the day to day needs of your clients and tax return process including identification and resolution of tax issuesPerform tax research to resolve issuesMaintain strong relationships with a highly proactive approach to serving clientsCoordinates with Partner to ensure timeliness and effective communication for proper planning of projectCoaching, mentoring and training staffMaintaining knowledge of new tax issues and general business trends that affect the clientBachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Masters in Taxation is preferred, CPA preferred7+ years of progressive public accounting experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of managing multiple client engagementsA track record of building and sustaining client relationships and high quality client serviceOutstanding analytical, organizational and project management skillsProficient with CCH Axcess, Sureprep, BNA Income Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, RIA Checkpoint, XCM and Microsoft Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Citrin Cooperman
