Associate Clinical Trial Manager – PhD – Cardiovascular Join the Medpace team as an Associate Clinical Trial Manager – PhD – Cardiovascular in our Denver, CO office. This is a full‑time, office‑based role for PhDs or post‑doctoral researchers with cardiology experience. Job Summary Medpace is looking for a candidate who can transfer analytical and academic skills into clinical project administration and management. Responsibilities Communicate and collaborate on global study activities; work closely with project coordinators and clinical trial managers. Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Compile and maintain project‑specific status reports within the clinical trial management system. Interact with the internal project team, sponsors, study sites, and third‑party vendors. Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system. Provide oversight and management of study supplies. Create and maintain project timelines. Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes. Qualifications PhD in Life Sciences. Expertise related to cardiomyopathy, lipid disorders, obesity, heart failure, endocrinology, NASH, acute coronary syndrome, CVD, or preventive cardiology. Ability to work in a fast‑paced dynamic industry within an international team. Prior CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Target salary range: $70,000 – $90,000, with potential for bonus and equity awards.
