Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education, statistics, or related field Experience in data management, analysis, and reporting Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of state and federal reporting requirements Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff Familiarity with student information systems and assessment platforms Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities Design and implement systems for data collection and analysis: develop and implement systems for collecting data on student achievement, attendance, and other relevant information; analyze and interpret the data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and manage assessment programs: work with teachers and administrators to develop and manage assessment programs that align with state and federal requirements; ensure assessments are administered fairly and consistently across the school or district. Provide training and support to teachers and staff: train and support teachers and staff on data collection, analysis, and reporting; guide use of assessment data to inform instructional practices and data-driven decisions. Coordinate reporting and compliance requirements: ensure the school or district is in compliance with state and federal reporting requirements; submit reports on time and ensure data is accurate and complete. Develop and implement data-driven improvement plans: work with teachers and administrators to develop improvement plans based on data analysis; monitor progress and adjust as needed to ensure goals are met. Maintain and manage data systems: maintain and manage data systems, including student information systems and assessment platforms; ensure systems are secure, reliable, and accessible to authorized users. Communicate with stakeholders: communicate with parents, teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders about data collection, analysis, and reporting; present data to school boards or governing bodies. Carries out other duties assigned by the Principal. Note: The minimum starting salary shown includes a $6,000 incentive for the NC educator license. Unlicensed applicants are ineligible for the license salary incentive.
