Husband-and-wife team Andrew and Chef Dani built Call Your Mother around one simple idea: people deserve incredible food made by people who give an F. From our first farmers market stand in 2018, to shops across the DMV, Colorado, Chicago, and Philadelphia, we've grown by obsessing over the details and blasting the music and laughing along the way. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR DAY

No two shifts are exactly alike, but you might: Build beautiful sandwiches that guests can't wait to eat. Prep ingredients and set up stations for a smooth, successful service. Follow recipes and standards that make every bite consistently delicious. Keep ticket times fast without sacrificing quality. Work in a clean, organized, and food-safe manner from open to close. Keep the kitchen stocked and ready for whatever the rush brings. Learn new stations and skills so every day stays fresh and interesting. Adapt to menu changes, coaching, and always aim to get better. Pitch in wherever your teammates need you most.

You’ll do well if you have at least 1 year experience washing dishes, wielding a knife (extra safely), following recipes and crushing it in a fast-paced restaurant environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands for this position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reading, and communicating effectively; standing, walking, reaching, bending, and performing repetitive physical movements; lifting up to 50 pounds; and safely operating equipment and tools using manual dexterity. This role also requires working in a fast-paced environment around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures, and occasionally working in confined spaces. Tendrás éxito en este puesto si cuentas con al menos 1 año de experiencia lavando platos, usando cuchillos de forma segura, siguiendo recetas y destacándote en un restaurante de ritmo acelerado.
