Join Our Team as a Front Desk Night Auditor Part-Time!

Are you a night owl who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Night Auditor Part-Time Weekends at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Southwest in Sioux Falls SD.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform night audit functions in accordance with hotel standards
Check in and check out guests, ensuring a seamless experience
Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries
Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Process payments and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
