Base Pay $18.19 - $27.29 / Hour Job Category Receptionist Description Position Summary Perform all duties to create a quality work environment by answering phone calls, displaying a professional and positive image while communicating or working with internal and external contacts, and generating invoices, truck lists, and other paperwork throughout the process. Essential Functions Other duties may be assigned, requested, or directed. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct personnel. Maintain knowledge of office personnel in or out status. Greet and assist all visitors and employees at the Front Desk in a professional manner. Assist Human Resources with special events/projects. Scanning in invoices and order lists. Sort mail and distribute it to appropriate personnel. Coordinate the administration and maintenance of the conference rooms. Scan HR documents. Record employee attendance/ listen to call-in list Assist Human Resources with confidential paperwork.
