Overview CustomEyez Signs is looking for a full-time or part-time office manager. This person will be in charge of running the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced business. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required. You will be the first line of contact for new customers, so some sales and graphic design experience is a plus. The position may offer the ability to meet potential new clients at their business to measure and photograph their space. This is not just another desk job. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations for a fast-paced environment. Serve as the first point of contact for new customers. Coordinate scheduling and client communications. Assist with sales and basic graphic design tasks as needed. Where applicable, meet potential clients at their business to measure and photograph their space. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Experience in office management; some experience in sales and graphic design is a plus.
