Payroll Officer - Zwijndrecht

Een correct betaalde medewerker is een gelukkige medewerker.

Jouw rol

Als Payroll Officer ben je een sleutelpersoon binnen HR:

Correcte loonverwerking (verlof, ziekte, RSZ, )
Toepassen van sociale wetgeving en indexaties
Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers (loon en voordelen)
Opvolging dossiers (tijdskrediet, pensioen, )
Berekening opzegtermijnen en -vergoedingen
Samenwerking met het volledige HR team en externe partners
Je blijft bijleren over sociale wetgeving en deelt deze kennis binnen het team

Jouw profiel

Bachelor (sociaal/juridisch)
Min. 5 jaar ervaring in payroll
Goede kennis Belgische sociale wetgeving
Nauwkeurig, discreet en gestructureerd
Vlot Nederlands + goede kennis Frans
Kennis eBlox/SAP is een plus
