We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to two Vice Presidents within our Policy and Communications orgs, across Pacific Time and Eastern Time zones. This role is pivotal in managing executive priorities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This role is remote-friendly with a west coast US base, and requires the ability and willingness to travel for occasional organizational events and offsites; travel is usually to our San Francisco headquarters with occasional need to travel elsewhere, for business events or needs. You will report to the Executive Business Partner to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and General Counsel. * You have 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple senior-level executives (VP+ level). * You are proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented, able to anticipate needs before they arise.- You thrive under pressure and can make swift, informed decisions.
