ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS - SAM and HAM)

ServiceNow Procurement Operations Management (POM)/Contract Management and Workspace Service Delivery (WSD) Modules

We are looking for strong candidates that have verifiable (reference check: client name, duration, R&R mandatory) experience. In addition to the highlighted requirement above, the candidates should have one or more of the following certifications to be considered:

• Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS - SAM)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS - HAM)

Please see the requirement specifics below:

• The Contractor staff should be a legal U.S. resident or physically in the U.S. with a valid visa and work permit. The visa and work permit should also be valid for the entire duration of the contract. All work must be performed within the U.S.
• At least two (2) ServiceNow ITAM and POM implementation projects in the last three (3) years. At least one (1) such implementation must have been with a federal and/or state agency. AND/OR At least one (1) year of FTE experience in Workplace Service Delivery.
