Full-time manufacturing role.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Willing and able to paint 100% of assigned hours for the length of employment at UAUnderstands and can execute proper powder coat application techniquesUnderstands paint gun settings and can regulate as necessaryIs able to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to maintain equipmentUnderstands and can execute the required PM to paint line equipmentIs able to paint efficiently and effectively to meet UA's paint aesthetic and customer requirementsIs able to use equipment to check and verify paint thicknessWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Some exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processesPrevious experience or exposure to powder paint application and processesKeen sense of attention to detailAbility to operate overhead cranes, tape measure, caliper, basic hand tools and air toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsManual dexterityHand/eye coordinationEffective written and verbal communication skillsPerform all duties in conjunction with UAI and ISO requirementsRegularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assistExpected Behaviors of Actively Engaged Person – 100% Responsible, Trustworthy, Team Player, Clear Communicator, Empathy, Humility, Emotional Self-Control, Resolves Conflict Directly, Positive Attitude, Respects Others, Problem Solver, and Agile.BENEFITSIn addition to excellent starting wages, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package as well as numerous perks.
