Director of Operations – E-Commerce (OTC Pharmaceutical Products)Stony Point, NY (On-site) Full-Time$130,000–$180,000A fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in over-the-counter pharmaceutical products is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize cross-functional operations.This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands how all aspects of an e-commerce business work together and can improve efficiency, accountability, and execution across departments.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments.Coordinate communication and execution between Advertising, Amazon Marketplace, E-Commerce, Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.Ensure all departments are aligned and operating efficiently toward company goals.Develop operational processes and organizational structure that support long-term growth.Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to department managers and team leaders.Analyze operational challenges and recommend the best course of action.Improve workflows, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.Work closely with the Amazon team to optimize operational execution.Qualifications:Previous leadership experience in an e-commerce business is required.Strong understanding of digital marketing and how it integrates with e-commerce operations.Experience working with Amazon Marketplace/Amazon Seller Central.Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and fulfillment.Proven ability to build processes, improve efficiency, and lead cross-functional teams.Strong managerial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $130,000–$180,000Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid VacationThis opportunity is ideal for an operations leader who can bring structure, guide teams, and help scale a growing e-commerce business through strong operational leadership
