Corporate Accountant

Overview

Kartchner Property Management is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Accountant to work in its Logan, Utah corporate office.

The Corporate Accountant plays a vital role in cultivating a positive workplace by upholding exemplary ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to integrity. In this position you will perform vital functions such as managing accounts payable, vendor compliance, month-end closing, financial reporting, budget development, forecasting and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes


• Ensure the accuracy of vendor records and compliance


• Contribute to month-end and year-end close processes


• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements


• Assist with budget development and forecasting


• Support external audits and tax preparation


• Identify and implement process improvements


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property owner records 


• Foster positive relationships with property owners

• A problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve current processes


• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Ideal Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred


• Minimum two years of accounting work experience
