Qualifications Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Elementary Education. Required Work Experience Licenses & Certifications Director Qualified according to DCFS regulations. (18 credit hours toward the nurture and education of the young child). Required First Aid and Food Service Sanitation certifications. Required Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
