Senior Software Engineer - Mission Systems Developer

- 10 years of experience with C, C++, Java, Ada, and/or Python
- 10 years of experience with Version Control Software
- Contribute to the development of software requirements through use case analysis
- Lead efforts to create, document, and sustain software architecture, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for mission systems software
- Oversee the coding and integration of intricate Mission Systems software components into a complete software system
- Provide technical guidance for software projects and mentor junior software engineers
- Serve as an independent advisor to Program Managers and clients, identifying best practices and areas needing improvement
- Involve in program activities encompassing proposal, planning, and delivery phases
- Assist in the identification and analysis of software quality metrics to enhance software quality and mitigate risks
