Software Engineer - DevSecOps

Salary: $88,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or an equivalent qualification.
• We need at least 3 years of experience with CI/CD and deployments to cloud environments.
• We need at least 3 years of experience using infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• We need at least 3 years of scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Node.js.
• We require experience with cloud containerization.
• We need the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• We require the ability to obtain Secret U.S. security clearance after start.
• We require U.S. Person status for export control compliance.
• We require the ability to complete a technical assessment as part of the hiring process.
• Preferred experience includes an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Preferred experience includes software development in C++.
• Preferred experience includes automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Salt, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, such as Amazon EKS or Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Preferred experience includes working in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
• Preferred experience includes administering Windows and Linux servers, workstations, and related infrastructure through automation.
• Preferred knowledge includes cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Preferred knowledge includes Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.

• We build automation and tooling for installing and configuring Windows and Linux software components.
• We establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines in an Agile software development environment.
• We integrate automated security and compliance checks into our CI/CD pipelines.
• We maintain our artifact repository environment.
• We automate build, deployment, and environment provisioning activities.
• We document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidance with accuracy.
• We develop reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
• We support planning and implementation of new systems, upgrades, and migrations to ensure compatibility and adherence to best practices.
• We guide software developers in using DevSecOps tools and procedures.
• We work onsite at our Daytona Beach, Florida facility.
