Senior Counsel
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing direct legal support to mortgage and HELOC products, the full-time Senior Counsel will manage legal and regulatory issues, collaborate with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with applicable laws in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Manage legal, regulatory, and product issues related to mortgage and HELOC financial products Provide advice on debt collection, privacy, consumer credit compliance, and solar financing Perform additional tasks as assigned by management Required qualifications: JD degree from an accredited law school Experience advising mortgage lenders, financial institutions, or fintechs on consumer credit lending issues Preferred experience with mortgage/HELOC products, legal issues, and consumer complaints Ability to manage a heavy workload in a high-pressure environment Strong judgment and proactive communication skills Virtual Vocations Inc
