Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience independently handling and resolving first-party property claims as a Property Field Claims Adjuster


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


• Strong attention to detail


• Experience with Xactimate and Xactanalysis


• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills


• Commitment to providing excellent customer service


• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple responsibilities


• Ability to work independently


• High standards of integrity and ethics


• Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC) or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred

Compensation

The starting base salary range is $80,000 to $105,000+ , with final compensation determined by relevant experience, expertise, qualifications and education.
