NJ Speech Language Pathologist State License (CCC‑SLP). Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement personalized therapy plans. Provide speech and language therapy to improve communication skills. Work with other healthcare professionals and educators to support patient care.
