Speech Language Pathologist

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist OR CF to join our team near Newark , NJ for a full-time school-based role! We welcome applications from Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering Clinical Fellows the advantage of direct supervision and hands‑on training. Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Hours: 8:30am-3:00pm Pay: $60-$80 Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch. CF will receive direct supervision Responsibilities: Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students. Developing and imple menting individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills. Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed. Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals. Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
