About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team and play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational growth of the business. The COO will be responsible for translating the CEO's vision into daily operations, with a strong focus on sales, rental, service, parts, logistics, and fleet management. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with 10-15+ years of experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial distribution environments, and a deep understanding of dealership operations. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving operational excellence, implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities for the COO include developing and executing operational strategies, overseeing daily dealership operations, and managing the full lifecycle of heavy equipment. The role also involves financial stewardship, strategic growth initiatives, and building executive-level relationships with customers, OEMs, and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams. Executive skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, as well as strong analytical acumen for data-driven decision-making, are essential for this position. The COO will be expected to be a hands-on yet strategic leader, capable of driving the company through its next phase of growth while maintaining operational excellence.
