Eagle Crest Communities: Onalaska, WI Resident Care Assistant Example Schedules * Day : 7:00am-1:00pm | 6:30am-3:00pm | 6:00am-2:30pm * PM: 2:30pm-11:00pm | 3:00pm-10:00pm | 4:00pm-9:00pm * Night: 11:00pm - 7:00am | 10:45pm-6:45am Opportunities Available: These positions enjoys every other weekend and every other holiday off * Casual Call * Part Time 35.5/pp PM shifts; 3pm-10pm on weekdays and 6:30am-3pm on weekends * Full Time 77/pp PM Shifts; shift times vary between 2:30pm-11:15pm Resident Care Assistant Come join our team! There is an exciting opportunity for you to apply for at Eagle Crest North in Onalaska. We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to join our team of dedicated and hardworking Resident Care Assistants serving the residents of our retirement and life community. In this role, you will primarily work with either the residents in our 18 memory care apartments or the 42 residents in our assisted living Facility. Our building is also home to 70 residents in our independent living plus. What You'll Do * Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible * Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks What You'll Need * Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required) * Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any State), (preferred, not required) * CBRF Certification, (preferred, not required) Our Wages * Our starting rate is between $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. * We pay for high performance!
