Production Associate 2 (Glass Stacker) Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low‑rise non‑residential buildings in North America. Job Details Base Pay: $17.75 per hour 2nd Shift: 3:45 pm – 12:15 am, Monday to Friday Duties and Responsibilities The Glass Stacker is responsible for the fabrication and production of insulated glass (IG) units on the intercept glass lines. The role involves manual handling and precision placement of glass units, maintaining cycle times, moving carts, and communicating quality and mechanical issues. Places spacers onto glass light and applies a second glass light on top of the spacer according to quality specifications Consistently holds cycle time of the line Moves carts in and out of production work area Communicates quality issues observed either upstream or downstream of their position Communicates mechanical issues with the machines to leadership or maintenance staff Qualifications Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for the duration of the entire shift Must have fine motor skills; stacking requires precision placement of spacer on the glass units and alignment of the second glass light onto the spacer Ability to work in tandem with another operator Ability to locate minor quality defects in glass, grids and spacers Must cross‑train and rotate on various workstations within line/complex Ability to comprehend written work instructions, standard work and quality documents Ability to move carts of glass in and out of production areas 1–3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred Additional Information Site Location: 1 Silverline Dr., North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902 For more information please text CBB to View phone number on click.appcast.io Benefits Full‑time team members receive medical, dental and vision benefits starting day 1.
