What You’ll Be Doing Assist with the day‑to‑day management of a commercial real estate portfolio Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and property owners while providing exceptional customer service Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, vendor scheduling, and property inspections Help monitor lease compliance, tenant communications, and rent collections Support budget preparation, expense tracking, invoice processing, and monthly financial reporting Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate property records Partner with senior property managers on special projects and capital improvements What We’re Looking For 1-3 years of property management, commercial real estate, or related experience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic understanding of budgets, invoices, and financial reporting Experience with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience is a plus Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Commercial property management experience or internship Bachelor's degree or coursework in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred Experience working with office, retail, industrial, or mixed‑use properties is a plus Why You’ll Want to Apply Learn from experienced property management professionals Build a long‑term career with a stable and growing organization Enjoy a collaborative team environment with opportunities for advancement There is a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
