IP Technology Transactions Attorney

Technology Transactions Associate Attorney Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with 2-6 years of experience for its New York, Washington, DC, Baltimore, Chicago, Cleveland, Columbus, Indianapolis, and Philadelphia offices. The salary range for this position in New York and DC is $225,000 to $340,000. For Philadelphia and Chicago, the salary range is between $214,500 to $253,500. Qualifications 2-6 years of technology transactions experience, ideally with a mix of in‑house and private practice. Experience structuring, negotiating, and drafting complex commercial agreements, including procurement, outsourcing, software licenses and implementation, cloud services, IT services, eCommerce, payment processing, and merchant services agreements. Interest and/or experience in eCommerce, supply chain, logistics, and software. State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Team focused. Strong academic credentials.
