Job Responsibilities Lead the team’s Intellectual Property investing efforts , including sourcing opportunities, proposing structures and pricing, and evaluating and underwriting investment opportunities Conduct legal research, analysis, and diligence related to investment opportunities Prepare investment models, memoranda, and supporting materials Monitor and evaluate portfolio investments Partner with U.S. team members to assess potential transactions and support investment execution Collaborate with co-funders, outside counsel, brokers, and IP professionals across active matters Contribute to strategic investment decisions involving patent litigation and broader litigation-related opportunities Job Requirements J.D. required 2+ years of relevant intellectual property litigation experience , including exposure to patent litigation Demonstrated record of strong academic and professional achievement Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong project management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across lawyers, brokers, co-funders, and internal business units Commercially minded with an interest in working in an investment-oriented environment Experience with litigation finance , either at a law firm or litigation funding platform, is a plus This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in leveraging their litigation expertise in a more commercial, analytical, and investment-focused setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
