Position Overview:
HiFyve is hiring a Service Coordinator for a well-established company in the heavy equipment and construction equipment industry in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting service technicians, daily operations, scheduling, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate service technicians and daily service operations
Make real-time decisions to keep service work moving efficiently
Schedule workloads and prioritize urgent service needs
Communicate with customers, technicians, and leadership teams
Support quality, safety, and on-time service delivery

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, or similar service-based industry
Background in service dispatch, product support, parts, technical, or supervisory roles
Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
