Kinaxis Maestro Solution Architect

Location: Remote

Visa: USC & GC, H4 & L2/OPT

Duration: 6 months + Extension

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and develop comprehensive Kinaxis solutions, including system configuration, data mapping, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems such as SAP ECC.
• Create detailed technical documents outlining system functionalities, data structures, and integration points within the Kinaxis platform.
• Provide SME during implementations of operations planning projects leveraging our current planning applications such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, Kinaxis Maestro, and Talend/Databricks integration tools.
• Manage data mapping and integration between Kinaxis and other enterprise systems such as SAP ECC.
• Provide training to end users on the Kinaxis system functionalities and troubleshoot post-implementation issues.
• Possess deep knowledge of various Kinaxis modules such as demand forecasting, supply planning, capacity planning, inventory planning, and S&OP to tailor solutions to specific client needs.
• Provide guidance and support to the project teams around Kinaxis, coding and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new features and functionalities to enhance supply chain planning processes.
• Coordinates system integration testing based on user or system design specifications.
• Provide application design guidance and consultation, based on a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.
• Advise business partners on intended and optimal use of the Kinaxis systems and assist with process development.
• Ensure logic and design is in alignment with the core architecture of the systems / applications.
• Find and propose innovative solutions that enable process automation, leveraging best practices and technologies within the company's application processes and architecture.
• Analyze highly complex business requirements and problems to ensure logic and design is in alignment with the core architecture of the systems / applications.
• Analyze existing product software and recommends modifications which enhance operating capacity and meet business requirements.
• Assist in managing expectations with both business and IT stakeholders regarding functionality, scope, and deliverables.

Experience/Required Qualifications:

• Hands on experience in configuring and supporting process design in Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse with strong understanding of the modules.
• Extensive experience with Kinaxis configuration, data modeling, and advanced features.
• Strong knowledge of Production Planning/MRP, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PP/DS and other advanced planning software such as Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro.
• Familiarity with data integration tools such as Talend/Databricks, system architecture, and database concepts within Kinaxis.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Have implemented Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro multiple end-to-end life cycle projects.
• Experience with industry standard ERP system implementations (waterfall and agile methodologies).
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing business environments.
• Ability to lead technical teams or lead projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field with 10 years' experience. OR a Masters degree with 8+ years of related experience.
• Highly self-directed and able to learn quickly with a solid ability to drive and deliver results.
• Excellent judgment, interpersonal skills, cultural awareness and professional maturity with executive presentation experience, comfortable interacting with senior executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical experience and a working knowledge in SAP ECC MRP highly desired skill set in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Experience/knowledge working in an aerospace environment is highly desirable.
