Production Welder

Build what moves America. We're seeking skilled welders to join our Utility Line and Cargo Line teams. In this role, you'll weld metal components to build high-quality trailers while working with modern technology and advanced manufacturing processes.

Production Welder Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 20.00 to $ 24.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 05:00am to 05:30pm)

Read blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures
Select appropriate welding equipment, settings, and methods
Set up and align components using fixtures, tape measures, levels, speed squares, and clamps
Prepare parts using angle grinders and other tools
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
Assemble and prepare trailers by welding components and filling gaps
Follow safety, quality, and production standards

Production Welder Qualifications:

Welding experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Knowledge of production processes and quality control is a plus
Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
