Fort HealthCare, located in beautiful Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our dedicated team in providing primary care. The Family Medicine Clinic offers a collaborative, integrated care environment, which includes shared space with Cardiology, Pulmonology, and Endocrinology Services, fostering seamless coordination and comprehensive care for our patients.
This full-time opportunity offers a supportive, collegial atmosphere, a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community that truly values its healthcare providers.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible, Balanced Schedule:
- Four clinic days per week (32 patient contact hours) with one administrative day
- Average 18-20 outpatient visits per day
- Collaborative Team Environment:
- Strong support from experienced colleagues and nursing staff
