This contract opportunity allows you to deliver exceptional therapy services within a collaborative educational community, supporting young learners on their communication journey from now until May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active NC SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status in Speech-Language Pathology
• Strongly prefer candidates with previous school-based SLP experience
• Demonstrated skills in providing therapy to children in an educational setting
• Adaptability, excellent communication, and a passion for student development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screening, assessment, and diagnosis of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to the school community’s positive atmosphere
