Property Care Specialist needed
Forest, Bedford, Lynchburg, Campbell County
Position Overview
-Responsible for completing assigned cleaning services according to our Standards for Operations.
-Cleaning services included residential, commercial, rentals (Airbnb, VRBO etc...)
-Your rate is paid out upon the completion of each job in it entirety
Opportunity for Growth
-Onboarding rate starts at $17/Hour
-Opportunity to advance to $19/Hour after trial period of 3 months!
Flexibility
-You are part of a network of Property Care Specialists
-You communicate your schedule and availability.
-New and exisiting jobs will be added and Property Care Specialists are responsible for confirming their schedule and meeting the assigned deadlines.
Employee must meet the following expectations & standards
- Be respectful, courteous, and mindful of unique circumstances while in clients’ home or business.
-Follow cleaning checklists or instructions provided by employer.
-Use proper cleaning techniques and products when necessary.
-Wear gloves or other protective clothes when needed.
-Report injuries or hazards immediately.
