About the Role

Our Revenue Cycle Management software provides revenue artificial intelligence, EHR, AI Agents, AI Scribe to streamline processes for thousands of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art RCM dashboard, Athelas Insights, provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

As part of our Field Sales Development team, you’ll be on the frontlines of building lasting customer relationships and showcasing the value of our ambient documentation product. You’ll be an instrumental part of our revenue growth, guiding customers from first touch and beyond - making sure every client feels supported and successful. You won’t just follow processes; you’ll own outcomes, solve tough business problems, and help shape how we scale.

Candidates must be able and willing to work in the field prospecting at least 50% of the time including travel, based in one of the following areas:

What You'll Do

• Successfully source new business within private practices, physicians group, and health care systems

• Determine major territories with private practices as a customer base and initiate relationships with prospects in the field

• Make cold calls and qualify accounts while launching targeted outbound campaigns into high-potential accounts

• Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos

• Align solutions with prospect business objectives/needs

• Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

• Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business

• Become an expert in the healthcare space

What You Have

• Able and willing to work in the field prospecting at least 50% of the time including travel

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• 6 months - 1 year+ of sales or healthcare experience, field sales experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments

• Expertise in project management : You have experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in being on top of things

• Energized By People : You love interacting with customers and consistently seek to deliver a great customer experience.
