Bilingual Sales & Business Development Representative – Full-Time Location: Remote — Worldwide
Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule

Languages: Fluent English & Spanish About the Role We are looking for a highly social, outgoing, and personable Sales & Business Development Representative to help start conversations and build relationships with potential clients. This role is not about reading scripts or following a rigid sales process . We’re looking for someone who can naturally connect with people, make conversations feel comfortable, and turn a cold interaction into a genuine conversation. The client will provide training and teach you the sales process, so previous sales experience is not the most important requirement . What matters most is your personality, communication skills, curiosity, and ability to make people feel comfortable. Fluent English and Spanish are required , as you will communicate with clients in both languages. What You'll Do
Start conversations with potential clients.
Build genuine rapport and establish relationships.
Engage prospects through natural, personalized conversations.
Research potential clients and identify relevant opportunities.
Ask questions and understand the prospect's needs.
Keep conversations active and move them toward the next step.
Communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish.
Learn and apply the client's sales methodology.
Follow up with prospects when appropriate.
Bring your own ideas and approaches to starting conversations.
What We're Looking For Required
Fluent English and Spanish , both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills.
Very outgoing and social personality.
Comfortable talking to new people.
Ability to naturally start conversations with strangers.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Curious mindset and willingness to do research.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Comfortable communicating without relying entirely on scripts.
Positive, friendly, and approachable personality.
Availability for a full-time commitment .
Nice to Have
Previous sales or business development experience.
Lead generation or outreach experience.
Customer-facing experience.
Marketing experience.
Experience with prospect research.
Experience working with international clients.
What We're Looking For in This Person We’re looking for someone who is fun, confident, naturally curious, and genuinely enjoys talking to people . You don't need to be an experienced salesperson. In fact, we're open to candidates with limited sales experience if they have the right personality and communication skills. You should be the type of person who can start a conversation with someone you've never met and naturally find something to talk about. You know how to make people laugh, ask interesting questions, keep a conversation going, and make someone feel like they're talking to a real person — not a salesperson reading a script. The client will teach you the rest. If you're naturally social, love meeting new people, and can turn a simple conversation into a meaningful connection, we'd love to hear from you.
