Job Details:Job Description: About the RoleIntel's CPU Circuit Technology team is seeking a highly motivated Memory Circuit Design Engineer to drive the design and development of advanced memory circuits for future CPU and SoC products.In this role, you will develop full-custom and compiler-based SRAMs, caches, multi-ported register files, ROMs, custom memories, and associated digital circuits. You will partner closely with experts across architecture, design, process technology, physical design, and product engineering to create innovative memory solutions that enable industry-leading power, performance, area (PPA), and scalability on advanced CMOS process technologies.This position offers the opportunity to influence memory architecture decisions, drive circuit innovation, and contribute to technologies that are foundational to Intel's future computing platforms.
