Senior Affiliate Manager, TikTok Shop

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to own affiliate strategy across a portfolio of brands and to lead the team that executes it. This is a step beyond running a single program. You will set the commission architecture and incentive frameworks that govern how our brands compete for creator attention, hold our TAP and agency partners to measurable standards, and carry an affiliate GMV number across the portfolio. You will also lead the affiliate managers and offshore outreach team, and are expected to raise their output rather than absorb their work. What You Will Own Portfolio strategy. Affiliate strategy across multiple brand programs at once, including which creator tiers each brand competes for and how budget is allocated between them. Commission and incentive architecture. Designing commission structures, incentive tiers, and promotional calendars that drive output, and revising them on evidence rather than instinct. Team leadership. Leading affiliate managers and our offshore outreach team. Setting the rules they work inside, reviewing their output, and developing them. Partner accountability. Owning TAP and agency partner relationships, briefing them on goals, budgets and product priorities, and holding them to clear KPIs. Commercial reporting. Affiliate GMV, active creator count, activation rate, sample-to-post rate, content volume and commission cost, reported in a rhythm leadership and clients can act on. Escalation. Being the person who resolves what the managers cannot, whether that is a creator dispute, a sampling budget decision, or a brand escalation. What We Are Looking For 2+ years in TikTok Shop affiliate management, with at least 1 year running affiliate strategy or leading a team Demonstrated results at portfolio scale. You have run more than one brand program concurrently and can speak to the numbers Seniority here is judged on scope and ownership rather than years. If you have run a large program end to end in less time, we want to talk Deep working command of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, including collaboration types, commission settings, Target Plans and sample workflows Experience designing commission and incentive structures, not only executing someone else's Experience leading or mentoring others, whether direct reports, contractors or an offshore team Strong commercial judgement. You can defend a sampling budget or a commission rate with the reasoning behind it Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills Preferred Experience Agency or multi-brand experience managing several affiliate programs simultaneously Working with TAP, CAP or agency partners against defined KPIs Paid amplification of creator content, including GMV Max and Spark Ads Live selling experience, or having worked alongside a live studio operation High-volume consumer categories such as beauty, home, kitchen or consumer electronics Performance Expectations First 90 days. A clear read on every brand program you inherit, its economics, and where the commission structures are underperforming. By month six. Revised incentive frameworks in market, a team operating to standards you set, and partner KPIs being met or renegotiated. By month twelve. Affiliate GMV growth across the portfolio that traces to decisions you made.
