Experience Level: Mid-Level / Experienced Reports To: TikTok Shop Manager About the Role ShakaWear is seeking an experienced and results-driven TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our growing affiliate program. We're looking for someone who understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem, knows how to recruit high-performing creators, and can develop strategies that turn creator partnerships into consistent revenue. This role will oversee creator recruitment, outreach strategies, affiliate relationships, sample distribution, and campaign performance. You'll also help manage and develop junior affiliate team members, ensuring recruitment efforts are efficient, organized, and aligned with our overall growth objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with creativity, understands what drives affiliate sales, and knows how to build a scalable creator program. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute affiliate recruitment strategies that drive consistent GMV growth. Identify opportunities to expand the affiliate network across different creator categories and audience segments. Establish recruitment goals, creator qualification standards, and performance benchmarks. Develop targeted recruitment strategies for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and top-selling products. Analyze affiliate performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate with the TikTok Shop Manager to establish monthly affiliate GMV goals and growth strategies. Creator Recruitment & Vetting Oversee the identification, evaluation, and recruitment of high-potential TikTok Shop affiliates. Establish creator qualification criteria based on GMV, content quality, audience demographics, engagement, and product relevance. Develop strategies to recruit both established high-performing affiliates and emerging creators. Manage sample approval guidelines to maximize creator participation and return on product investment. Identify opportunities to expand into new creator categories and audiences. Outreach Strategy & Copywriting Develop compelling outreach messaging that encourages creators to join ShakaWear's affiliate program. Create and optimize recruitment campaigns, follow-up sequences, and creator reactivation strategies. Test different messaging approaches, commission incentives, and recruitment offers to improve conversion rates. Oversee outreach execution and ensure consistent communication with prospective affiliates. Monitor response rates, sample requests, and recruitment conversion to continuously improve performance. Creator Relationship Management & Retention Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliate creators. Develop retention strategies that encourage repeat posting and long-term partnerships. Identify opportunities to offer exclusive products, commission incentives, and early access to new launches. Develop creator reactivation campaigns for affiliates who have stopped posting or generating sales. Maintain communication with VIP creators to ensure continued engagement and growth. Identify creators with potential for deeper partnerships, including exclusive campaigns and paid collaborations. Affiliate Campaign Management Plan and execute affiliate campaigns around product launches, promotional periods, and seasonal opportunities. Coordinate product seeding, commission structures, creator incentives, and campaign timelines. Work with the creative team to provide creators with product education, content ideas, and performance insights. Monitor campaign performance and adjust recruitment and activation strategies based on results. Ensure creators receive timely information about new products, promotions, and earning opportunities. Train and mentor junior Affiliate Specialists on creator recruitment, outreach, and sample management. Establish clear workflows and standard operating procedures for affiliate operations. Assign daily and weekly recruitment priorities to team members. Review outreach messaging, creator approvals, and campaign execution to maintain quality. Set performance expectations and monitor team productivity. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and workflow optimization. Reporting & Performance Optimization Track affiliate GMV, active creators, sample-to-post rates, recruitment conversion, and creator retention. Develop weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting growth opportunities and challenges. Analyze creator performance to identify which affiliates, products, and content styles are driving the strongest results. Monitor sample distribution efficiency and creator activation. Use performance data to optimize recruitment targeting, commission strategies, and affiliate campaigns. Present actionable recommendations to the TikTok Shop Manager. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce, including hands-on TikTok Shop experience. Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate program management. Experience developing and executing creator recruitment and outreach strategies. Ability to evaluate creators based on sales performance, content quality, and audience relevance. Strong copywriting skills with experience creating effective recruitment messages and follow-up campaigns. Experience managing creator relationships and improving affiliate retention. Understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate GMV, commission structures, sample management, and creator performance metrics. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience training, mentoring, or managing team members. Preferred Qualifications Experience scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate program for an established e-commerce brand. Background in fashion, streetwear, apparel, or lifestyle products. Experience managing high-volume creator outreach and product seeding. Familiarity with Euka, Superfiliate, Cruva, and Discord . Experience building automated creator recruitment and follow-up workflows. Experience developing VIP creator programs, performance incentives, and creator communities. Familiarity with GMV Max and the relationship between affiliate content and paid advertising.
