Speech Language Pathologist

This position is an exciting opportunity to grow as a professional and exercise your clinical skills in a variety of ways. The position is full-time (part time considered). The perfect candidate would have experience in phonological/speech sound disorders, late talking toddlers, social communication disorders, language-based learning disabilities, Autism, oral motor deficits, feeding, and fluency. The right person will have a strong work ethic, be organized, and passionate about working with kids. Work Responsibilities Include Administration and analysis of pediatric speech and language assessments Develop, oversee, and implement client’s Plan of Care (POC) Review, analyze data, observe program implementation and make necessary changes in client’s POC Collaborate with colleagues, parents, pediatricians and educational professionals Collect, maintain and evaluate data on each client’s progress Communicate openly and effectively with parents and coworkers Conduct training workshops for families and/or schools Complete necessary documentation including SOAP notes, Evaluation Reports, and Progress Notes Requirements Master’s Degree or PhD in Speech and Language Pathology & Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA Oregon state license for Speech-Language Pathology (current and active) Preferences Minimum of 2 years of pediatric speech therapy experience Pediatric Feeding/Dysphagia experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Little Peas Speech & Occupational Therapy
