Key Responsibilities
Offer friendly reliable customer support through phone email and messaging
Assist clients as they explore and book travel options such as cruises resorts flights and vacation packages
Walk customers through itineraries payment details and travel documents
Research destinations promotions and travel choices that fit each clients needs
Help resolve simple booking or account related issues
Keep communication clear and consistent throughout the planning process
Use travel systems booking tools and customer service best practices
