Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Location: Boise, ID Competitive Pay Structure: $40k Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Opportunity Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance eligible from the first of the month after start date 100% employer-paid life insurance Instant Paid Time Off (PTO) available after first day 16 paid holidays annually, plus birthday off Safe Harbor 401(k) plan with immediate vesting and company match up to 6% Hybrid work model: work at Meridian office at least 3 days per week Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Responsibilities Engage with local business leaders over phone, email, and other communication channels to promote BBB mission Conduct meaningful conversations with business owners and stakeholders to understand customer challenges and present value of BBB accreditation Perform routine discovery and qualifying sales inquiries to drive consistent growth in new accredited businesses Ask probing questions and overcome objections and rejection Own and manage a pipeline of prospective customers and assist in onboarding, including collecting membership fees Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals Maintain organization and effective time management to complete daily goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in service sales or volunteer position Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic computer operations At BBB, we embrace diversity and foster inclusive environment.
