Sales Specialist

Job Description

A Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving an organization’s revenue by identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings effectively, and closing sales. They collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and source potential sales leads and opportunities
Screen and qualify prospects to align with product offerings
Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients
Manage offers and negotiate terms to close sales
Support onboarding and initial client integration activities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline
Build and sustain strong client relationships
Track and analyze sales performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Over one year of experience in office or clerical work
Effective time management skills
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
