About the Opportunity:


Our client is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement for a growing organization with approximately 300 employees across North Carolina. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers, coordinating onboarding, and facilitating orientation. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and comfortable recruiting high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 30-40 employees annually, including roles ranging from laborers to drivers.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support company growth and fill open positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, local advertising, community outreach, schools, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from identifying hiring needs through extending offers and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical schools, and community colleges.
• Attend career fairs, recruiting events, and other community events to attract talent.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, E-Verify, and required documentation.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation, including initial safety and training requirements.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Assist employees with career development and professional goals.
• Organize employee events and gather employee feedback.
• Develop and track training programs and employee-related dashboards.
• Support the development of HR policies and processes as the organization grows.
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees, including laborers and drivers, is preferred.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and employees.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and persistent approach to recruiting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; NOVA experience is a plus.
• Interest in employee engagement, retention, and career development.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• Fully onsite at the organization's Raleigh location.
• Must be comfortable starting at 7:00 AM.
• Travel approximately two nights per month to locations throughout North Carolina, including Greensboro, Fayetteville, Charlotte, and Wilmington.

Ideal Candidate Profile:


The ideal candidate is a bilingual Recruiting Specialist with at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment. They should be outgoing, personable, and skilled at building relationships with candidates from all backgrounds. This person will be responsible for managing recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding while also supporting employee engagement, training, and retention. They should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a growing organization.
